What is motivation? The motivation is a factory which push you up.

Maybe to the great career? Maybe to fulfill basic human needs? But
how to achieve that?
If people are working in a huge company, they can realize they career
and for most of them the best motivation would be money for their job.
Of course, if people have fulfilled the basic human needs. From the
other side the motivation could be done by appreciation by boss or
client. Maybe for some of us that would be more beneficial from
motivation point of view than money.
So we have two major motivation factors: money and appreciation. And
it depends on people which is more suitable for them, what motivates
them to take their life goal.
