“A Resolution requesting the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) to issue collective Certificate of
Land Ownership Award (CLOA) in the name of PAKIGDAET SA KALAMBOAN in the landholdings of
Sophie Cueva, Lot Nos.______________________________________ covered by Comprehensive
Agrarian Reform Program/Agrarian Reform Program Extension with Reforms (CARP/CARPER), and
designating ROLAN B. ALON as Authorized Representative”

WHEREAS, the PAKIGDAET SA KALAMBOAN is a duly organized association and registered at

Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) w/ registration number R0601-0907-WA-017 ;

WHEREAS, 82 association members of PAKIGDAET SA KALAMBOAN, were identified as Agrarian Reform

Beneficiaries agreed that the CLOA shall be named to the association wherein their
respective names will be appearing in the CLOA;

WHEREAS, all members of the PAKIGDAET SA KALAMBOAN agreed to designate ROLAN B. ALON,
BOD/President as authorized representative/signatory in behalf of the members of the
association specifically in the filing of petition for inclusion in CLOA Nos._____________;

WHEREFORE, ON MOTION of BOD/President ROLAN B. ALON and duly seconded by BOD RANDY P.
GABILAN, the Board of Directors hereby — resolve as it is resolved to furnish copies of this
resolution to DAR Municipal Office for reference;

RESOLVED, that the Collective CLOA should be issued and registered in the name of PAKIGDAET SA
KALAMBOAN, reflecting the 82 members of the said association in the CLOA and
BOD/President, ROLAN B. ALON authorizing him as the representative/signatory of the
members of the association.
