RECOMMENDATION LETTER FOR ADIAT AREMU

It is with absolute pleasure that I write in respect of the above candidate applying for
admission into the postgraduate programme in your institution. Ms. Adiat Aremu is well
known to me since 2015 as an undergraduate student in the Department of Transport and
Logistics Management, Ecotes University Cotonou, Benin Republic. She worked for me as
the class representative and I taught her a good number of Transport and Logistics
management courses including Business Communication, Introduction to Management,
Business Statistics, Logistics Strategy, and Material and Inventory Management, where she
graduated with a Second class upper (CGPA of 3.61 on a 5.00 point scale). I would place her
in the top 3% of students I have worked with in the last decade.
During my interaction with Adiat, while working with me as the class representative, I
noticed that what earned her an excellent academic record was not her natural brilliance,
but her great zeal and apt to understand new and intricate concepts. She is focused, highly
motivated, and has displayed analytical and organizational abilities.
As one of my best students, Adiat is hardworking and diligent. She is committed to her
studies and an ambitious student who showed resilience for excellent. She uses her
initiative well while also working well with peers. She is a good team player and delivers
assignments within a specific time. She participated in all classes with reasonable
contributions in answering questions and grasped ideas with ease even when complex
matters were involved. She can meet goals given the freedom of self-supervision and
peering. Her outstanding communication and interpersonal skills enable her to relate very
well with colleagues and friends. She has a good thirst for knowledge and is very capable of
designing solution schemes for problem meditation.
Also, Adiat’s array of voluntary work shows her willingness to accept responsibility and has
also helped her develop critical interpersonal skills such as leadership, effective
communication, and teamwork.
Ms. Adiat Aremu is capable of pursuing advanced study and research. Her performance in
the project she undertook indicates her ability to undertake a successful career in the field.
Given her educational, leadership, and corporate background and her eagerness to learn, I
