This matter having come before the Court by Consent of Plaintiff and Defendant
and for other good cause having been shown:

It is on this ___________ day of April 2022 ORDERED:

1. Neither party shall have any communication with the other including oral, in-

person, telephonic, electronic, written or harassing communication through a

third party.

2. Neither party shall not go to the other’s residence or place of employment or

contact the other’s employer.

3. Neither party shall make any threats to the other, either directly or indirectly,

nor stalk or follow the other party at any time.

4. Parties shall share joint legal custody of the minor children: Noah Hilario

Cruz born on April 11, 2013 and Nathan Hilario Cruz born on January 20,

2017 with Plaintiff designated as the parent of primary residential custody.

5. Defendant shall have parenting time every weekend from Saturday 12pm to

Sunday 5pm. Pick up and drop off at the Dunkin Donuts on Livingston

Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ. If either party will be late more than ten
minutes, he or she shall text the other party. If Defendant’s work schedule

changes and he can pick up the children on Fridays or earlier on Saturday, he

will advise Plaintiff.

6. Both parties may be present at the children’s recreational and sports activities

without it being a violation of this order. Parties shall not sit near nor have any

contact with each other.

7. Parties may communicate about issues regarding the children by text message.

This is the only exception to provision one (1) above.

8. Defendant shall pay child support to the Plaintiff in the amount of $107 per

week retroactive to March 12, 2022. This is a non-guidelines calculation and

without prejudice to either party to seek a modification.

9. Child support to be collected via wage garnishment by the Middlesex County

Probation Department. Until probation sets up the account, Defendant shall

make direct payments to Plaintiff by money order or certified check at the

parenting time exchange. Plaintiff will report the amount she receives to

probation so that Defendant can receive the appropriate credit.

10. Nothing contained in any provision herein shall act to prevent either party

from asserting inconsistent positions to this order in any subsequent

matrimonial matter.

We hereby consent to the form and entry of this order.
