DEED OF ADJUDICATION WITH ABSOLUTE SALE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RODRIGO DUTERTE, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy.
1, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, do hereby freely and spontaneously:

DECLARE AND MAKE MANIFEST:

1. That I am the only surviving heir of the late RODY DUTERTE who died intestate
and left no debt on October 8, 2011 in Laoag City;

2. That said deceased left an estate consisting of a motor vehicle more particularly
described to wit:

Type : Motorcycle Plate No. : AA 1234
Motor No. : KB123456789101

WHEREFORE, pursuant to and invoking the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the

Revised Rules of Court, I hereby adjudicate unto myself the above-described motor vehicle
subject to Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court.

DECLARETH FURTHER:

That, for and consideration of the sum of TWENTY-THOUSAND PESOS (P 20,000.00),

Philippine currency, paid to me by LEILA DE LIMA., of legal age, married, Filipino citizen
and a resident of Brgy. 1, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, I hereby transfer and convey by way of
Absolute Sale, unto the said Leila De Lima., his heirs and assigns, all my rights and interests of
the above-described motor vehicle free from liens and encumbrances;

I further warrant that the said motor vehicle is not carnapped or an instrument in the
commission of a crime and I have full authority to dispose of the same.
