1. Yes company bought tires from Dunlop Rubber Company and sold them to Best
company a sub-dealer, who agreed with Yes company not to sell the tires below
Dunlop’s list price and will pay the Dunlop Company 500 RO as damages on every
tire undersold. Best company sold two tires less than the Dunlop’s list price and there
upon, Dunlop Rubber Company sued Best company for the breach.

would be entitled to a certain reward if he or she found the dog. The servant, before
seeing the announcement, had traced the dog. Subsequently, the servant claimed the
reward when he heard that there is a reward for the person who found the dog.

not make known to Y that delay would result in loss of profits. By some neglect on
the part of Y the delivery of the shaft was delayed in transit beyond a reasonable time
(so the mill was idle for a longer period than otherwise would have been the case).

Salim did not give his reply to the chauffeur and sent him back to Said. One hour later
Salim posted a letter to Said accepting his offer.
