To our Public Schools District Supervisor, Sir Gerry M. Popera, to our
OIC Principal Sir Jay Romuel L. Nacino, (our Administrative Officer Mam Annebelle S. Trujillo ) to my fellow teachers, Sulig Best Afternoon. This day marks the last day of our INSET. Its been a great honor and privilege to be part in this training where I get to hear different, real-life learnings from these brilliant and passionate teachers before me. The whole 4-day training refreshes and added more knowledge about a variety of teaching strategies we can apply or implement during our teaching to provide quality education. It enlightens me to adapt to the fast changing environment specially when it comes to technology and to integrate these tools to our activities in our day to day teaching and learning experience. Moreover, the learners should be prioritized: their needs, learning styles, their strengths and weaknesses. The appropriateness of the activities and assessment should be considered as such that it suits to their capabilities. To sum it up, the whole training has been great, fun and memorable experience. Salute to you teachers who have been in the teaching profession for quite some time: the endurance, wisdom, the love you enthusiastically give to every learners awakens my drive to be part of this organization, the Department of Education. Thank you and may God bless us all.
