TENSES OF THE VERB SPECIFIC- Words that names a specific idea.


1. PRESENT TENSE School (CNJL, SLSU, LA)
2. PAST TENSE Desserts (Ice Cream, Candies, Coffee Jelly)
3. FUTURE TENSE Food (Pasta, Rice, Caldereta)
PRESENT TENSE- adding -s or -es to the verb or Clothes (Jacket, dress, shorts)

Examples:

2. PAST TENSE- the action is already done. It is


adding –d or –ed or change the spelling of the
irregular verbs.

Examples:

The dancers danced gracefully last week.


We walked for a mile just to reach the venue
yesterday.
She thought of a possible way to end this
solution.

3. FUTURE TENSE- the event that will happen in


the future. Adding will/shall to the verb.

Examples:

I shall return on Friday.


She will make a pasta for her birthday next
week.
