    Due to the opening of classes on August 22, 2022, the Bikol High School for the Arts and
    Culture now prepares for it. However, due to the lack of funds, we earnestly request for the
    approval of the attached proposal for purchase of armchairs, ICT equipment such as laptop and
    television, elctric fan, and classroom repair. These are for the purposes of providing a more
    conducive learning environment for the learners.

    Attached is the Project Proposal for your perusal.

    We are really in need of your assistance for our school only has a limited resource. We hope to
    receive an affirmative response regarding our request.
