reality to the person who experiences it and can
be characterized as an experience that has some
religious significance. Depending on the
individual, situation, fact, or even absence.
Different kinds of experiences fall under the
general category of religious experience.

Academic stressors
According to (Geeta. J., Manisha. S. 2017).
Stress is could be experienced by anyone at any
time. It is essential to identify the cause of the
stress so that it can be addressed thoroughly and
efficient interventions can be discussed. Stress is
always viewed as a subjective process that
involves a person's psychological reflection and
response to a threatening event. It is also said
that academic pressure is one of the causes why
students experience stress. Long-term stress can
trigger both physical and emotional issues,
which can further contribute to anxiety and
depression. It is important to have a channel to
relieve the anxiety. Mckean et al. (2000) believed
that the stressors are not the only basis for
anxiety, tension or depression, but synergy
between stressors and the person’s reaction and
attitude to these stressors create stress.
