ST LUCIA

This DEED OF CONVEYANCE is made this eleventh day of October Twenty Thousand Twenty-Two

BETWEEN BRUCE GALLIWORTHY of 62 Knight Avenue Westland (‘the Vendor) of the one part and

DILYS VICENTE of 12 Carite Street Malabar (‘the Purchaser’) of the other parts.

WHEREAS

(1) The Vendor is the Estate owner in respect of the property HEREBY assured for his own use

and benefits absolutely free from encumbrance.

(2) The Vendor has agreed with the Purchaser to sell to him the said property free from

encumbrances for the price of SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($760 000).

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES

THAT in consideration of the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($760 000) now paid by

the Purchaser to the Vendor by certified cheque (the receipt of which the Vendor HEREBY

acknowledges) the Vendor as Beneficial Owner HEREBY conveys to the Purchaser ALL THAT land

describe hereunder

That parcel of land five hundred meters by three hundred meters having frontage to Breezy Beach to

the North, and bounded by Clearwater River to the West, and bounded by Cook Estate to the East

and having a frontage to Fraser Street to the South, as delineated and coloured pink on the plan

annexed to this Deed.


TO CONVEY unto and to the use of the Purchaser DILYS VICENTE

IN EXECUTION WHEREOF the parties to this deed have hereunto set their signatures on the day and

year first above written.
