It is my pleasure to welcome everyone in this Closing Ceremony

of INSTRUCTORS DEVELOPMENT COURSE.

Today, we culminate the 10 days training of our vetted RTC2

personnel who undergone the instructor’s development course in
this training center. Indeed, today is another accomplishment in
this training institution because we’re able to capacitate our
personnel. This course has taught you various ways you could
develop new approaches, ideas and techniques that will enhance
your teaching and communication skills. A continues learning that
you could directly utilize to practice and another opportunity that
could keep your skills and knowledge up to date.

As we continually make efforts in accomplishing our mandates,

we value our experiences as one of the groundworks in imparting
knowledge, experiences, and ideals to our police trainees. Thus,
law enforcement profession is faced with a slew of new
challenges each day we need to keep up. We must ensure that
our trainees a well versed and well trained as we prepare these
future police officers prepared for the real-world challenges they
will face upon graduation.

New teaching methods are in great demand and the practical

application of the learnings you have acquired through this course
will enhance your level of competency and job performance.

I thank all the participants who have attended the training, raised
pertinent questions, and shared experience on enhancing their
teaching methods as instructors and most of all, a special thanks
and appreciation to the personnel of US-DOJ International
Criminal Investigation Training Assistant Program (ICITAP) for
sharing their knowledge and necessary skills to our participants.

Once again, Goodmorning!
