All active OFW members whose membership coverage expired and
who have failed to renew their membership prior to expiry date, shall be allowed to pay their premium contribution retroactively. They shall be given a grace period of one month following the date of expiry of their membership.
This development is in line with PhilHealth Circular No. 7, series of
2006 for the benefit of OFW members of PhilHealth.
