ANNEXURE-IV

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICE Ex Works Faridabad.

TAXES GST Shall be charged extra @18%.

TRANSIT Transit Insurance shall be borne by the purchaser.

INSURANCE

TRANSPORTATION Transportation shall be borne by the purchaser.

PACKING & Packing Charges for wooden crate packing shall be charged
FORWARDING extra.

40% Payment of order value shall be payable as advance

PAYMENT TERMS along with order & rest 60% along with taxes & duties shall
be payable against Performa Invoice before dispatch.

DELIVERY The delivery shall be made within 8-10 weeks from the date
of drawing approval.

The Panels shall be warranted against any manufacturing

defect for a period of 12 months from the date of
WARRANTEE
commissioning or 18 months from the date f supply
whichever is earliest.

If at any point of time during the execution the contract is

affected by natural calamities, acts of God such as
FORCE MAJEURE earthquake, floods, acts of foreign enemy, civil war then
supplier shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect
loss to purchaser.
