KALAHI-CIDSS KKB-CFW 2ND BDRRMC MEETING AT THE COVERED BARANGAY STA. ROSA NORTE, JOSE
PANGANIBAN, CAMARINES NORTE HELD LAST DECEMBER 15, 2022 AT EXACTLY 9:00 O'CLOCK IN THE
MORNING

Ang pagpupulong ay sinimulan sa pagdeklara ng Quorum ng Punong Barangay Sta. Rosa Norte Hon.
JERRIME R. ALPAPARA. Kasunod nito ang panalangin na pinangunahan naman ni TF DANAH NOLASCO.
Binati ni AC JAZYL ABALLA ang lahat at tinalakay ang sumusunod na agenda:

1. Feedbacking from the PDW/ Project Development Workshop

2. Review of Final! Sub-Project Proposal, ESSC/ Environmental and Social Safeguards Checklist, ESMP/
Environmental and Social Management Plan. Cost Estimates, and other RFR/ Request for Fund
Release documents
3. Passing of Resolution

a.) Joint Resolution Approving the Proposed Sub-Project of (i) Trimming of Trees along the road (ii)
Clearing and Grubbing of vegetation on Purok-1, 2, and Purok 6 up to boundary (iii) Re-gravelling
of Road in Purok 5 (iv) Clearing and De-Clogging on Purok 1, 2, and 6 (v) Improvement of Health
Station/Feeding Center and endorsing the same to Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management
Council (MDRRMC) with its Total Sub-Protect Cost. Fund Allocation and Local Counterpart
Contribution from KALAHI-CIDSS KKB-CASH FOR WORK PROJECT.

b.) Joint Resolution Confirming the Certification of Assessed, Evaluated, and Validated List of
Beneficiares for the (i) Trimming of Tress along the road (ii) Clearing and Grubbing of vegetation on
Purok-1, 2, and Purok 6 up to boundary (iii) Re-gravelling of Road in Purok 5 (iv) Clearing and De-
Clogging on Purok 1, 2, and 6 (v) Improvement of Health Station/Feeding Center Under the
KALAHI-CIDSS KKB CFW Project.

c) Resolution Authorizing Punong Barangay and Barangay Treasurer, to open and be the signatories
of a Current Account at Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Lab, Camannes Norte branch.

Nagbigay ng feedbacking si Mam May Gladys Meer Hirang sa nangyaring Project development
Workshop na naganap sa JOMAPA CONVENTION CENTER noong December 8-9, 2022 sa mga nagsidalo ng
oras na iyon. Pagkatapos nito iprinisinta ni Engr. Rowena Romero and Sub-Project Proposal ESSC/
Environmental and Social Safeguards Checklist, ESMP/ Environmental and Social Management Plan.
Pagkatapos ng pagpresenta ng mga ito, ito ay inaprobahan ng mga nagsidalo sa aktibidad na iyon.
 Sa tulong ng ating Punong Barangay Jerrime R. Alpapara, pinangunahan niya ang pagpasa ng mga
resolutions. Ang mga Joint Resolutions na ito ay motion at seconded ng mga Punong Barangay na
nagsidalo sa aktibidad sa iyon. Samantalang nag mga resolution authorizing Punong Barangay and
Barangay Treasurer to Open account ay motion and seconded ng Barangay Officials ng lead Barangay.

Sinabi ni AC JAZYL ABALLA na magkakaroon ng deliberation meeting ang mga BRTs at PPTs ng mga
Barangay para sa pagfinalize ng mga documents ng RFR upang maiendorse ang RFR na ito sa MIAC para
sa pagreviw at pag-aproba nito.

PINCOs (wala namang katanungan ang mga dumalo sapagkat naipaliwanag naman ng mga Engr. at ni
AC ang mga gagawin).

At dahil sa wala ng ibang nagging katanungan, binati ng ACT/MCT ang tagumpay ng Cluster Four (4) at
nagbigay ng closing message si Punong Barangay IDA SCHNEIDER. Natpos ang activity sa ganap na alas
dose ng hapon.
