emoluments due me, contingent or realized, arising out, or as a consequence of, my

I hereby agree that this Release of Claim may be pleaded in bar to any suit or
proceeding which I or anyone in my behalf, may have taken or may take in connection

voluntarily accepted by me as the full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement
of any and all claims against the party herein released.

I hereby state further that I clearly manifest and declare that I shall not divulge to
