RE: IMPLEMENTATION FOR SEASONAL RENT OF SLOTS

To all Brand Partners concerned:

It is a fact that consumer spending is different during different times of the year. We have a
peak season where people tend to spend more, and slack season where consumer spending
slows down.

In order to alleviate the drop on your products’ sales and ultimately your net income during
different times/months during the year, we will be implementing a seasonal rental for some of
the slots.

The peak seasons will be from April to May & October to December in a given year. While
the slack seasons will be from January to March & June to August.

The discount may not be that much but as business partners, Upcycled Class Davao is willing to
help you stay afloat and earn the income you deserve. The changes on the seasonal rental will
take effect starting Feb. 1, 2023 onwards.
