    Dear Mr. Malagar,

    It has come to our attention that as of today, you have not yet paid your
    ELECTRICITY AND WATER BILL which are already past due in the
    amount of P 4,254.00 and P 217.67, respectively.

    Kindly settle the total amount of your bill 48 hours from receipt hereof.
    Please be reminded of condition no. 5 of your contract of lease with us
    dated March 16, 2022 which expressly states that “THE CHARGES FOR
    ALL UTILITIES – SUCH AS WATER, POWER, TELEPHONE, TV, WI-
    FI, AND THE LIKE – LAWFULLY AND PROPERLY ALLOWED AND
    INSTALLED – SHALL BE FULLY PAID ON TIME BY THE LESSEE”.
    Violation of such terms and conditions will result to its
    AUTOMATIC PRE-TERMINATION.

    Additionally, for the month of October onwards we will be sending the


    WATER BILL directly to you, and expect you to pay on time to avoid
    disconnection.
