Market intelligence is the collection of internal and external data on a given mar-
ket particularly relating to competitors, customers, consumer spending and market
trends.

I. Using your own workplace or an organisation that operates within a similar in-
dustry, conduct online research to find some facts that you might benefit from at-
tending.

In your research identify at least one example of a;

Apple Expo

2. Conferences :
Apple Expo was a European annual sales conference and technology exposition that
conduct by Apple company. The conferences features over 250 exhibitors annually
with Apple was the main exhibitor.

3. Professional development activities :

Base on Apple history of events activities, they had achieve all the requirements from
all of the customers and they will talk to company regarding to the next event. They
will make sure all the requirements such as the event spaces, food and beverages
and technical set-up will all go to the plan.

mation that can be used to provide additional information suitable for market intelligence.

Twitter is a real-time information network that use to connect with users to the latest informations
base on their interesting. In our organisation, we will use Twitter to connect with the public by post-
ing some short content to attract their attention and interest. The message will be within 100 charac-
ters to make it short and simple to everyone. The exchange of information on Twitter is effective
among to all employees in organisation as well. The employees able to share their ideas and opin-
ions immediately by using Twitter.
