 The aim of this project is to create a project using Python and SQL connectivity.
 The project revolves around Payroll Management system.
 As soon as the Payment is transferred to the employee the same is shown in the database.

THE HISTORY

 This is a project targeted towards small-scale businesses to make payments to their employees safe smart and easy to
use with a complete history of the same that can be viewed as per their convenience.
 Currently many small-scale businesses give out their payments by hand with only written records for the same which is
a long and tedious process.

LIMITATIONS
List what could prevent the success of the project, such as the need for expensive equipment, bad weather, lack of special training, etc.

 Lack of special Training.


 All small-scale businesses might not have adequate access to the Internet.
 Although the software Is fairly simple and easy to use, the owners might encounter some problems owing to the fact
that they haven’t used any such software prior to this. But this problem can be overcome by just simply using the
software and getting the hang of it.

 Skill Training.
 Soft Skills & Knowledge Regarding the Software.
 Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel.

BENEFITS

 The records of payments and transaction are securely stored and can be viewed as per one’s convenience.
 Thus, no problems regarding the same will occur in the future.
 Also, the business owner will have proof regarding the timely payment to employees in case of any future disputes.
