Our Resource Speakers


Noel C. Racho, Ph.D.


graduated with a Ph.D. in Organization Development in the Southeast Asia
Interdisciplinary Development Institute. He is currently Miriam College's Human
Resources Division Director. He is also the same institution's Chief Risk Officer and Data
Protection Officer. In line with his professional background, he has also been certified
International Human Resource Manager by the American Certification Institute in Lewes,
Delaware, USA. He has been featured in a book entitled "The 50: HR Leaders Reimagining
the Filipino Organization." Dr. Racho has given several seminars and training programs
regarding creating safe spaces for students, optimizing faculty performance, establishing
alternative work arrangements, and other related topics.

Tiffany Hope Lim-To


is an alumni of the Ateneo de Manila University where she took her Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology (1997) and Master of Arts in Education, Major in Guidance and Counseling
(2005). She has worked as a guidance counselor, high school teacher, and college
instructor teaching General Psychology and Educational Psychology. She wrote and
developed the Guidance and Counseling program of Saint Joseph School of Zamboanga
City, and is currently working as their visiting guidance counselor. She is a mental health
advocate and a speaker for seminars on well-being, self-care development, mindfulness,
the enneagram, positive parenting, psychology, guidance and counseling, to faculty and
students, doctors, Philippines Air Force officers, parents and organizations. She is a
registered guidance counselor, a licensed professional teacher, and a member of the
Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association and Psychological Association of the
Philippines. She is active in youth ministry – guiding youth and adult groups, facilitating
retreats and recollections. She practices Ignatian Spirituality as a member of Christian
Life Community (CLC) for the past 30 years, and she was the past Regional Coordinator of
Christian Life Community – Zamboanga (2019-2022). She is currently pursuing her
doctoral studies of Philosophy in Psychology at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University.

Miriam Quiambao-Roberto
captivated millions around the world after winning the first runner-up title at the Miss
Universe Pageant in 1999. A multi-awarded host, a nominated actress, a celebrity
endorser for top consumer brands, a celebrity ambassador for Worldvision Development
Foundation, and an entrepreneur, she continues to touch base with her audience as one of
the anchor hosts at The 700Club Asia, a Christian inspirational news magazine show, and
her own YouTube Channel, Miriam Quiambao TV.

She is carving a niche for herself as a sought-after inspirational speaker and was awarded
as one of the 25 Most Inspiring Filipinas of BAYO in 2017. Her book “HE CAN CATCH YOU
WHEN YOU FALL, The Continuing Life Story of MIRIAM QUIAMBAO” is a Philippine best-
seller as she aims to use her story, talents, and resources for God’s greater glory. She is a
beloved daughter of God, a loving wife to best-selling author, inspirational speaker, and
award-winning entrepreneur Ardy Roberto, and a doting mother of two boys.
