MEASUREMENT OF PAYMENT
(Steel Structure Work)

This measurement of payment(steel structure work) shall be applied for measurement of (construction
direct cost for) Subcontractor Progress Payment.

The calculation for Progress Payment is as below:

Progress Payment = Work Quantity * Unit Price * Weighted Factor of applicable Stage/Step

The measurement of Work Quantity is referred to “appendix E (Definition and Measurement for Work)
– Sec. IV Appendix – Overseas standard contract and ITB” and calculated by discipline.

Unit Price is identified according to each contract between Contractor and Subcontractors.

Construction discipline is divided to each Work Stage/Step and Weighted Factor is decided by the
Work Stage/Step. Refer to following contents for Weighted Factor of Work Stage/Step.
