GUIDELINES FOR FINAL MANUSCRIPT FOR UNDERGRADUATE THESIS

(SY 2020-2021)

GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Margins: top (1.5”): Left (1.5”); Right (1”) and Bottom (1”)
2. Use font 12 Arial
3. Double space for the text/ manuscript
4. Tables single space
5. Continuous page numbering, title page is page 1, Arabic numeral
6. Use the given template for Approval sheet
7. Preliminary pages: Approval sheet, Acknowledgment, Dedication and Abstract
8. The Abstract comes before the Table of Contents
9. All major topics: INTRODUCTION, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS,
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS, REFERENCE LIST/REFERENCES,
APPENDICES must be in UPPER CASE (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS) and highlighted
10. All subtopics: background of the study, etc. must be in lower case with only the letters of
the important words capitalized and highlighted:

11. References should follow the APA 7th edition guidelines: Alphabetized.
