INVESTITURE CEREMONY

Scouting is a game for boys under the leadership of boys, under the direction of a man. In scouting, young boys enjoy
the worthwhile skills they will learn and develop their sense of responsibility and become conscious of what is
happening around. Through all of these circumstances, they grow up to become man of honor, pride & dignity.
Good afternoon, everyone! May I request everyone to please stand as we witness the Procession of the aspiring
scouts with their parents!

*PROCESSIONAL*

May we all remain standing as we show our loyalty to our nation by singing solemnly our National Anthem, Sctr.
Rosemarie D. Pascual conducting. Afterwhich, let us be in silence as we invoke the presence of the Lord through a
prayer, to be led by Sctr. Julius U. Baldivino.

Today is a great day for these aspiring scouts for they will be welcomed into the fold of scouting. To officially greet us
today, let us all have Sctr. Benjamin Albano, Jr.

*WORDS OF WELCOME*

Thank you, Sctr. Benjie. Now, let us all witness as these aspiring scouters be invested on stage.

*INVESTITURE RITES*

Congratulations, my dear scouts! To give us nuggets of advices and pieces of wisdom for these scouts, their parents,
and us scouters, may we all listen to our School Commissioner, Sctr. Ruben T. Agustin.

*INSPIRATIONAL TALK*

Thank you, Sir Ruben, for burning up our spirit of scouting. Now, may we have the distribution of certificates to our
new members of the Boy Scouts.

*DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES*

To conclude this ceremony, let us have our Sctr. Marnellie T. dela Cruz as she will give us words of challenge and
words to ponder on.

Before we go, may I leave you all this words, “The most worthwhile thing is to try to put happiness into the lives of
others.” We become what we want to be by consistently being what we want to become each day. Dear scouts,
today, you grow one step higher to honor, pride and dignity, as we go on with our scouting activities, may you all
keep that spirit of scouting burning by upholding the Scout Oath and Law in consistency. Once again, congratulations
to all of you!
