PLANNING :

STEP 1: Define Project Scope

Objectives and Goals:

As Halloween is fast approaching, the deaths of our loved ones are


celebrated. In light of celebrating All Souls Day, we conducted this
event to complete the whole celebration. The stage is valid and
available to the public in the ground halls and it is appropriate only for
15 and above years of age. There are stalls and more fun activities to
be shared at the event. We take into consideration that people with
anxiety, fears of ghosts, and people with heart diseases are not
allowed to watch the theater for safety purposes. The event highlights
the concept of embracing the memories we had with our late loved
ones and making the night spookier than ever!

Main Goals:
a. To highlight the concept and lessons that the audience can get
throughout the play.
b. To assess an event to make the night of the audience.
c. Give fun activities after the play.
d. To provide an actual, live horror scene watching experience for
individuals.

Priorities :
a. Budgeting plan
b. Recruitment for the actors, staffs, volunteers,and organization
c. Good collaboration with the Sinemaniac Society
d. Practice for the performance and props

Constraints and Risks:


a. Cost constraints
b. Weather of the day of the event is not secured.
c. Miscommunication between the Sinemaniac Society and the
organization.
d. Interruption of the flow of events.
STEP 2: Capture, Prioritize & Organize Tasks

You haven't lived life if you haven't been to the theater. These
activities are among the most fun, cathartic, intriguing,
stimulating, and challenging that one may partake in.

a. Auditioning for the play


b. If you’re a spectator only, there is the live theater
c. Some stalls such as photography stall, food stalls, and halloween
themed game stalls
d. Giving appreciation at the end of the play of the whole cast and
people involved in preparing the show

Since theaters rarely take place outside, the event makes the evening
special and thrilling. The exclusive event has showcased entirely new
activities with fun and interesting stalls, especially for people who
aren't allowed to watch the play, in contrast to the majority of general
theaters which will likely have some casual and perhaps a few more
fiscal incentives. Theaters are almost always entertaining, but
generally hit or miss.

STEP 1 - Qualification and finding the proper fit for the event
STEP 2 - Creating an ideal job description (to attract the right kind of
person)
STEP 3 - Background checking if they have experience in theater.
STEP 4 - Perfecting the interview process

Benefits in Hiring Actors, Theater Staffs , and Production Team:

1. These people has the capability to give justice to the whole


event. Actors, Theater Staffs, and Production Team really work hand
in hand in making the performance successful. The thing is, horror
theater is an unusual theme for theaters so hiring people who are in
this field for a long time is a great advantage.

2. It allows us to be confident with our event. It's not just about


the major decisions, like selecting a location or the amount of the
audience when arranging an event. There are actually so many
minor details that we most likely haven't even considered. These
details will be given focus if we have people who can do the
performance matters.

3. Managing Time. This can help us manage our time so that we can
concentrate more on our revenue matters. Volunteers and sponsors
will be given attention if we hire these people.

4. It keeps the organization in harmony. As a result of the overall


performance of proper staffing in an organization, individuals are
not only recruited and selected but the performance is regularly
appraised and the flows are made on merit, which fosters harmony
and peace in the organization for the accomplishment of the
organization's overall objectives.
