LEADERSHIP TRAINING

How can you apply the leadership in handling inclusive education? How can
you be a transformational leader/educator in teaching people with special needs?

1. As a person, I can apply the leadership in handling inclusive education in

a way of initiating how to respect each and every one in a classroom. I must
consider that students have their own way of thinking and behaving that is why as
a leader I should let students understand each difference to avoid unfair treatment.
Also, as a leader we should literally lead the students in a right path so that they
can build better future.

2.I can be a transformational leader or educator in teaching people with

special needs in a way that I don't let them feel that they are different from normal
students, I will rather explain to other students their condition so that they will be
able to respect those with special needs. I will manage to create strong connection
and bond without discriminating them to others. I know that we can't deny the fact
that we can't please all people to judge and criticize but as a leader or educator I
will try my best to not make it as a problem towards students. I will give everyone
a chance to share their life story so that they can relate to the situation of each and
every one and by that, they will be able to understand their respective status or
situation in life.
