Event Planning Agreement

This Event Planning Agreement is entered into December 3, 2022, by and Mr. Bryan So and Ms. Selina
Bosque, with an address of Narcisa Subdivision, Calbayog City Samar and Store a Momet Events, with an
address of 356, Navarro St. Calbayog City.

1. Event Date & Description. On December 14, 2022 the Client intends to host the below described
event

Engagement Party: A Dinner to Celebrate a Lovers Milestone

The most awaited part of every relationship is when you get to be one with your partener. This event is
for the celebration of the recently engaged couples Ms. Selina and Mr. Bryan.

This event would be enjoyed by close friends and families. This would be the perfect time for the couples
to formally ask permission for their parents to have their own family. Also this will be the time where they
get to annouce what are their future plans such as the date of the wedding etc.

The engagement party would be in a form of a casual dinner followed by a short and simple program to
practice the engagement tradition of us filipinos.

2. Planner Duties. The Client engages the Planner’s services to perform the following duties with
regards to the Event:

Take charge in supervising, Decoration and Planning of the Event

The Planner shall obtain the Client’s approval, in writing, before entering into any binding contracts
for the event and/or issuing any non-refundable deposits.

3. Payment. The Parties agree to the following Payment and Payment Terms:

Total Fee for Services: 69, 000 PHP

Amount/Percentage Due Upon Execution of Agreement: 34,500 PHP (50%)

Balance Due On Day of Event: 34,500 PHP

4. Cancellation.

4.1. By Client. The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the Client cancels up to 10
days prior to the Event Date, the Client will be entitled to a full refund. If the Client cancels 7
days prior to the Event Date,the Client will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If the
Client cancels less than 3 days prior to the Event Date, the Client will not be entitled to a
refund.

4.2. By Planner. The Planner may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the Planner cancels, the
Planner must provide a suitable, replacement Planner, subject to the Client’s approval, which
shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative, the Planner shall refund all monies previously
paid by the Client, with the exception of any non-refundable deposits, which were agreed to
by the Client.

5. Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that
cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter
cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful party will be entitled to
its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.

6. Severability. In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in
whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement and all other
provisions should continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.

7. Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated
above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and
throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this
Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the
State and/or Country in which both Parties do business.

9. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire
agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise
modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.
