Follow the Leader

● I personally think that the most important values that I


demonstrate as a servant leader are being understanding,
empathetic, goal oriented, creative, pliant, and objective.

● I motivate my team by reminding them our goals and the main


reasons as to why we are doing what we are doing (i.e.
making a school project, doing community service, playing
sports, etc.). Other than that I'd often let them take a
break if they are feeling too unwell to do our activities
and also use incentives to persuade them.

● The most difficult part of being a leader for me is having


lots of expectations, not only from your group members but
from your higher ups as well. It's quite pressuring and
stressful specially when you're the type of person who
doesn't have that much amount of time in their hands.
