Re: Notice of Dishonor and Demand for Payment

Dear Sir and Ma’am:

This is to advise you that ChinaBank Check No. 0003358726 dated

December 30, 2020 in the amount of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand
Pesos (P2,400,000) you issued in favor of Ms. Trinidad Go has been
dishonored by the drawee bank on February 15, 2021, due to your bank
account being a Closed Account.

Having issued the check, you assured our client that there are more than
sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the said amount. However, the
check was returned dishonored by the drawee bank.

Attached herein is a copy of the said dishonored ChinaBank Check.

Final demand is now made upon you to make good on your obligation
within five (5) banking days from receipt hereof. Otherwise, we will be
constrained to take appropriate legal action against you.

It would be prudent for you to give preferential attention to this matter.
