“The graduates from our Master in International Business & Management are well-prepared
for doing and developing business across borders, geographically and culturally. During the
1,5 year programme, the students are offered both substantial knowledge and applications
on the core topics of business and management. All of the topics offered focus heavily on
international dimensions and provide hands-on experience in projects that expose students
to complex business issues in an international concept. Many of the projects are performed in
close cooperation with businesses addressing real-life strategic issues.
Besides offering knowledge and real-life projects, we train students in how to successfully
cooperate in multicultural teams. From day one, students are exposed to working in
international teams as our programme typically holds more than 15 nationalities. Learning
how to work in intercultural teams is extremely important. Over the years, I’ve worked in many
international teams on international business projects and whenever real issues arose, it was
often the inability of the team to deal with intercultural differences that prevented the team
from being successful.”
