EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT PAY SECRECY REGISTER

The purpose of this document is to track variations to employment contracts to ensure confidentiality with regards to pay and remuneration secrecy in employment
contracts are removed when a variation of contract of employment is issued or a new employment contract is entered into.

Note – any employees with employment contracts with pay secrecy clauses remain binding. This means that these employees cannot discuss their pay or
remuneration details with colleagues. This provision remains in place until the contract is varied.
