Today ladies and gentlemen mark another milestone in our life and in the history of our institution, Overseas Academy Skills and
Assessment Center Inc., as we gather and celebrate success on this first Culminating Program/ceremony of Caretaker.

We are so grateful to be able to celebrate graduation day dito sa Overseas Academy. And Congratulations, kayo ang
first batch na magkaroon nang graduation ceremony or program dito sa Overseas Academy.

So, Let us start.
