In my personal opinion, moving the capital city to East Kalimantan is not wrong. The relocation
of the capital city in Indonesia has often been carried out since the post-colonial period. including
Yogyakarta, then to Bukit Tinggi, only in Jakarta until now. By moving the capital to North Kalimantan, it
will also improve the welfare of the people there. However, with the reason that moving the capital city
to overcome a traffic jam, I don't agree with this because the capital city of Jakarta is now one of the
centers of civilization in Indonesia. as the center of civilization, which means the population is relatively
high, especially in vehicles. so traffic jams are bound to happen. by moving the capital to Kalimantan will
solve the problem of congestion in Jakarta because of the status of the city of Jakarta as the center of
civilization. if you want to solve the problem of congestion, there must be a program or direct progress
on the existing transportation system. such as odd-even, increased parking fees, use of ERP and others
