visible&audible warnings device which is used for 3RS Hong Kong APM PSD, the circuit
diagram for all interface equipment’s is as follows.

4 Equipment Configuration of LCB LCB 器件组成

The LCB contains of AIB (ASD interface box) and EIB (EED interfacebox).

connectors.

 The alarm buzzer ❷ 报警蜂鸣器

This buzzer is integrated in the AIB interface box. The buzzer sounds when the
sliding door is opening or closing, or when the operation is unlocked manually. At
this point, it reminds passengers to pay attention.
该蜂鸣器集成安装在 AIB 接口盒上。当滑动门在开门，关门过程中，或者操作手动
解锁时，该蜂鸣器鸣叫。此时，提醒乘客注意。

All external connectors for external DCU wiring harness connections. Connector
can be quickly plugged in, and the connectors have no risk of falling off as they
have a locking device.

5 ASD Mode Switch ASD 模式转换开关

The ASD mode switch is mounted on the bottom of the ASD header box.
ASD 模式转换开关安装在滑动门顶箱底部。
The ASD mode switch includes one four-position key switch with “automatic”/ “isolation”
/ “manual closing”/ “manual opening” positions. The key can be taken out only when it is
“automatic” and “isolation” positions.
ASD 模式开关采用一个四档位钥匙开关，分别为“自动”、“隔离”、“手动关门”和“手动开门”，
且钥匙只有在“自动”位和“隔离”位时方可取出。
A special key is designed to operate the ASD mode switch to prevent unauthorized
operation.
ASD 模式开关设计采用一种特殊的钥匙，防止被未经授权的操作。

The door unit which is abnormal can be isolated via the ASD mode switch in order to
avoid affecting the normal work of the whole system. The operator shall consider the
safety operation of system when selecting the mode of the ASD mode switch:
当门系统出现故障时，可以通过模式开关将该单元隔离，从而不会影响到整个系统。操作
人员选择模式开关的档位时需考虑系统运营的安全性。

 “Automatic” position: when the mode switch is in the “automatic” position, the ASD
door opening/closing is controlled by the SIG/LCP.
“自动”位：当转换开关处于“自动”位置时，由 SIG/LCP 控制 ASD 开/关门。
 “Isolation” position: when the mode switch is in the “isolation” position, the single
ASD unit will be isolated from the whole system. It does not affect the normal
operation of the whole system and facilitates maintenance.
“隔离”位：当转换开关处于“隔离”位置时，单个滑动门单元与系统隔离，不影响整个
系统的正常工作，便于维修。
 “Local closing” position: when the mode switch is in the “manual closing” position,
ASD can execute local door closing action via operating key switch.
当转换开关处于“手动关门”位时，该滑动门执行就地手动关闭动作。
 “Local opening” position: when the mode switch is in the “manual opening” position,
ASD can execute local door opening action via operating key switch.
当转换开关处于“手动开门”位时，该滑动门执行就地手动打开动作。

6 IR Bypass Switch 红外线旁路开关

The IR bypass switch is mounted on the bottom of the ASD header box.
红外线隔离开关安装在滑动门顶箱底部。
A special key is designed to operate the IR bypass switch to prevent unauthorized
operation. IR bypass switch and ASD mode switch use the same key, as shown in
Figure 4.
IR 旁路开关设计采用一种特殊的钥匙，防止被未经授权的操作。IR 旁路开关与 ASD 模式
开关采用同一把钥匙，如图 4 所示；
When the IR obstruction detection is failed or does not need to use, at this point, the
operation of the switch, can make the this unit IR obstruction detection isolate, sliding
door movement is no longer affected by IR obstruction detection.
当红外探测装置出现故障或不需要使用时，此时，操作该开关，可使该单元的红外电眼装

8 Door Status Indicator Lamp 门状态指示灯

 One door status indicatior lamp will be provided for each ASD module.

每个 ASD 单元配备一个门状态指示灯。
 The indicator lamps should be installed where the working staffs could observe the
actual conditions with no barrier and the brightness and color of the matter can be
observed clearly under strong light.
门状态指示灯安装在工作人员可以无障碍地观察实际情况的地方，强光下能清晰观察
到物体的亮度和颜色。
 When ASD is locked, the door status indicator lamp will be off; if ASD is not locked,
door status indicator lamp will be on; when the door is closing or under fault status,
the door status indicator lamp keeps flashing; whether it is under fault status or
started/stopped normally can be represented by flashing with different frequencies.
当 ASD 关闭锁紧时，门状态指示灯熄灭;如果 ASD 未关闭锁紧时，门状态指示灯点
亮; 当门正在关闭或处于故障状态时，门状态指示灯持续闪烁; 无论是 ASD 处于故
障状态还是正常启动/停止，都可以用不同的频率闪烁表示。
