I Bought the product on eBay on Dec 25th 2022, which has eligibility to return until Feb 27 2023.

I
received the item on Dec 29th, 2022. However, the keys were smaller than described and microphone
recorded sound did come robotic. I checked with the seller and the seller agreed to refund the item and
instructed me on how I can return the item which is marking it as “Return Item to sender” to USPS. I
dropped it at USPS on Jan 6th, 2023, and the item is still in transit.

eBay canceled my return without any reason and the customer support at eBay is not able to give me a
reason nor refund the money.

I checked with USPS on the item being in transit, they said it looks like it is stuck within USPS network
because the sender address says it is in Austin, but it is an invalid address. I cannot reach the seller as
well. For what it was worth, I tried at all angles and followed everything as instructed and still my money
is stuck with eBay. They are neither answering nor investigating properly. So disgusted by eBay, please
step in, and help me with this.
