RE: Cancellation and Refund for the Payment of

Quickbooks Premiere International 4-user
license

Madam:

We are writing on behalf of our client, GOLDEN8 CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP.,
which referred the matter for appropriate action.

We were made to understand that our client purchased from your company a program (Quickbooks
Premier International 4-user License) for it to be installed in our client’s accounting system with the
assurance that you can prepare or customize such program in line with our client’s business.

However, such accounting system despite repeated attempts and trials does not sync and fit
with our client’s business which primarily focuses on real estate. Furthermore, Quickbooks
Premier International 4-user License was not yet installed in our client’s system due to its
inapplicability as well as its inefficacy during the system demo.

In view of the foregoing, our client reiterates its FINAL DEMAND for your company to refund the
amount of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (P124,000.00). Otherwise, our client will
be constrained to institute the necessary action plus damages and attorney’s fees.
