RE: Cancellation and Refund for the

Payment of Cooperative Integrated
System

Gentlemen:

We are writing on behalf of our client, AGRICULTURIST MULTI-PURPOSE

COOPERATIVE which referred the matter for appropriate action.

We were made to understand that our client purchased from your company a
program/system (Cooperative Integrated System) for it to be installed in our client’s
accounting system with the assurance that you can prepare or customize such program
in line with our client’s business.

However, such accounting system despite repeated attempts and trials does not
sync and fit with our client’s business. Furthermore, Cooperative Integrated System
was not yet installed in our client’s system due to its inapplicability as well as its
inefficacy as opposed to what was illustrated during the system demo.

In view of the foregoing, our clients seeks for the return and cancellation of the
purchase of such system and reiterates its DEMAND to REFUND the amount of Two
Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P230,000.00). Otherwise, our client will be
constrained to institute the necessary civil/criminal action plus damages and
attorney’s fees.
