It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that on the recommendations of the Academic Council made in its 229 meeting held on 10.11.2022, the Syndicate in its 5/2022 (485") meeting held on 17.12.2022 has approved that: “From now onward i.c. entry 2022, thesis will be compulsory for the students of postgraduate programs in the morning and evening sessions. However, the students of postgraduate programs on weekend may opt two courses in lieu of thesis (Le. non-thesis option). No request will be forwarded to the admission office by the Chairpersons to change the admission from morning and evening to weekend and vice versa after official closure of admission cycle by the university” A) (Ch.
