Joint JHS and SHS Meeting

PCNHS Covered Court

January 31, 2022

The meeting started with a prayer given by Ma’am Rizaneth Gee during the flag raising followed by the singing of
the Philippine National Anthem.

The meeting was called to order at exactly 8:20 a.m. on January 31, 2022 at PCNHS covered court presided by
Ma’am Ubalde. There was a total of 7 teachers in SHS, 19 teachers in JHS and 2 non-teaching staff who attended and the
secretary declared the meeting quorum.

Maam Lauganas read the previous minutes. There were no issues arose during the reading therefore Ma’am
Bustaleno motioned to accept the previous minutes and seconded by Sir Ampalo.

Ma’am Ubalde presented the following agenda:

Ma’am Empeles motioned to accept the agenda presented and seconded by Ma’am Liwagon.

1. Ma’am Ubalde announced that the first COT is needed for the Midyear IPCRF Assessment. She encourages everyone
to do the teaching demonstration.
2. Ma’am Ubalde announced that the teaching demonstration is ongoing. She added that the LAC 2 almost done with
the face to face demonstration. She asked also for LAC 1 about the update and Ma’am Gadayan said that the
demonstration still going on. For the LAC 3 Ma’am Empeles announced that there were 3 teachers who submitted
their video recoded demonstration. And Ma’am Ubalde added that the teaching demonstration must be done
within this week.
3. February DTR, WFH should be checked by the JHS coordinator for junior high school teachers and SHS Coordinator
for SHS teachers.
4. Second Grading Grades update
First grading grades was done and the grades for second grading is ongoing.
5. Sir Rico asked to the teachers to arrange the seating arrangement of all classrooms to be ready in the preparation
for the face to face classes. He added that the arrangement of the chair inside the classroom must around 20 to 25
chairs seating arrangement.
6. HR update – Ma’am Bustaleno announced that there are some teachers still was not able to submit their portfolio.

9. SDRRM Covid Contingency Plan. Sir Gallegos announced that the Covid contingency plan was done.
10. COT Update –
11. AIP – Sir alter said nay gamay usbonon sa program of work pero mga technicalities nlang. He added that it will be
done this morning.
 12. M & E Ma’am Razon announced the update about RSSAT and Gender Mainstreaming Effort
13. PRIME ISO – Sir Rico announced that we must follow the protocols in going to division office. It must have the
approval from the principal, and aside of that the vaccination card.
14. IATF Update – Sir Gallegos announced that we are still under level 3 according to AITF_EID resolution 159 – A. In
order for us to help lessen the number of cases here in lake wood we must still follow the minimum health protocol.
15. School DRRM office – no further update
16. WFH of pregnant teachers – Ma’am Bustaleno announced that Ma’am Sugue is in WFH and they have arrangement
with Ma’am Saguirel about the distribution and retrieval of modules on her section. And for Ma’am Sarno so far no
problem for the distribution and retrieval of modules. Ma’am Bustaleno added about their COT, Ma’am saRno was
done and Ma’am Sugue not yet done on her teaching demonstration.
17. Registrar Hours - no update
18. MOOE Liquidation- Ma’am Jing announced that the MOOE Liquidation month of December was submitted on
January 6, 2022 and it was returned by the checker on January 20, 2022.

The meeting was moved to adjourn by Sir Toledo and seconded by Ma’am Villanueva. The meeting
adjourned at exactly 9:45 a.m.
