Offloading of the pipes and fittings at your project site is not included in our offer and is the responsibilty and for INFRAROAD TRADING & CONTRACTING L.L.C 3, The prices of the Supplier are based on the Contractor placing the entire order for all sizes and quantities (+/- 10%) as stipulated in the Supplier's quotation number 20412103664/1 dated 05 July 2020 and prices are not valid in the event that a partial order is placed by the Contractor. VALIDITY Prices are open for acceptance up to 05 Aug 2020 for strictly the items/quantities listed in our {quotation number 20412103664/1 dated 05 July 2020 and will remain fixed and firm for deliveries to your project site up to 05 Aug 2020. PAYMENT TERMS 1. Irrevocable letter of credit payable 30 days from the date of invoice 2. Interest is payable on all overdue invoices, calculated on a daily basis at the rate of 19% per month from the due date until payment is received by the Company for the same. 3. Inthe event that invoices are not paid within the agreed timeframe, Hepworth PME (Qatar) WLL reserves the right, without any obligation whatsoever, to temporarily suspend deliveries and/or withdraw from the supply agreement. 4, The Contractor shall advise the Supplier of any disputed invoices in writing within seven (7) days of delivery of the goods.
