Day 01 09 February, 2023/Vol. 001

"A GOOD EDUCATION CAN CHANGE ANYONE. A GOOD TEACHER CAN CHANGE

EVERYTHING!" - UNKNOWN
"One approach to accomplish life's objectives is through education, a process for imparting
knowledge or fostering the development of abilities and character traits. These objectives
might include the growth of comprehension, reason, kindness, and honesty.
INSET is the ideal method for retraining and upgrading the skills of educators. It gave
teachers the necessary new information and abilities to meet and overcome obstacles.

REGISTRATION and ATTENDANCE

The registration started upon
the arrival of the participants.
The program began at
exactly 8: AM, with the

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY and WORDS OF WELCOME

“Teaching is more than imparting knowledge, it is inspiring
change. Learning is more than absorbing facts, it is
acquiring understanding.” William Arthur Ward was shared
by ma'am Sherry - Anne G. Mangulad, Teacher 1 of Masi
Elementary School. All of the participants were greeted
warmly by Ma'am Elena Helen Asistores, Master Teacher 3
of Gaggabutan Elementary School. Inspiring others to reach
greatness is a wonderful gift.

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE
Everyone is given the challenge to finish the course with a
successful conclusion by our district supervisor, ma'am
Erna G. Angeles. She shared a quote by Aristotle,
"Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of
high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution; it
represents the wise choice of many alternatives - choice,
not chance, determines your destiny."

the participants and technical

with the word LOVE included, she
verified the attendees of the
participants and the technical

for everyone, and they all took part.
The #Cagayan INSET 2023
Mabuhay was where she ended
her check.

ENERGIZER
As it is said, "The body achieves what the mind believes." "Once you start
exercising regularly, the hardest thing is to stop." "If you don't make time for
exercise, you'll probably have to make time for illness." Warming up before
physical activity serves to get your body and mind ready for your chosen
activity. Your heart rate will rise as you warm up, which will boost blood flow. As
a result, your muscles receive more oxygen.
