Finally we bought 4 pieces of sweaters for Rp. 45,000 copies. In August we made a
repeat order (order no. 22) and were surprised to see the sweater in such poor condition.
Even though we realize that the price is appropriate but the condition of the goods is
damaged. the odds of the item you shipped seem disproportionate. So, we have to ask you to
exchange the item as requested, otherwise, to make sure you return this Apparel to you because
with such an item it is impossible for us to sell it
