NARRATIVE REPORT
ATTENDEES: 34 out of 41 parents/guardians are present.

The 1st quarter Issuance of Cards and 2 nd HRPTA meeting was held last November
19, 2022 at exactly 2pm. A prayer led by Mrs. Romela Daza, parent of VI- Apitong.
Minimum Health and Safety protocols was strictly implemented during the said session.
Power Point Presentation was used to easily understand by the attendees. Mrs. Jennifer
R. Arenas, the grade Six-Apitong Adviser, presided the meeting.
