Course Description : To foster good social attitude and increase social efficiency through participation in various recreational activities that help
promote the physical, emotional, mental and social health of an individual.

 attend class on a regular basis;
 wear the PE uniform as scheduled;
 participate in all class-related activities; and
 complete and pass the exams as scheduled
