CooperVision’s “It’s Okay” Guarantee allows returns of all the CooperVision
lenses listed below. While products NOT listed below cannot be returned under
the “It’s Okay” Guarantee, they may still be able to be returned under the
Unopened Exchange policy. All returns must meet all the requirements below.
Products/brands eligible for the “It’s Okay” Guarantee are:

clariti ® Brand ClearSight™ Brand MyDay ® Brand
Proclear® Brand Hydrasoft® Brand Vertex® Brand
(Single vials only)
•• Product must be returned within 100 days of the original invoice date and will be credited at
the price invoiced.
•• Hydrasoft 3-packs are not eligible for return unless defective.
•• Product not received in its original packaging is not eligible for return.
•• Product must be received in the original blister or vial and include the lens(es).
•• All unopened product being returned for credit must be intact and in resalable condition, free
of writing, stickers or markings of any kind.
•• Lenses in packages with the end flaps removed, due to patient rebate redemption or any
another reason are INELIGIBLE for return.
•• Any product not received in resalable condition will not be credited and will be destroyed.
(excluding Hydrasoft single vials).
•• Product must have a minimum of 12 months (1 year) dating of the expiration date shown on the
packaging.
•• To be eligible for credit, open multi packs must contain a minimum of lenses as indicated below.

UNOPENED EXCHANGE POLICY
Our unopened exchange policy allows exchanges of most lenses currently offered
for sale by CooperVision. All exchanges must meet all the requirements below.
•• Unopened, unexpired lenses MUST be exchanged for the same lens type (i.e.
Biofinity Toric for Biofinity Toric, Preference for Preference etc.).
•• Exchanges for products not covered under the “It’s Okay” Guarantee are
only eligible for exchange if the same lens type was ordered within the last
100 days of return.
•• Hydrasoft 3-packs are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
•• Product not received in its original packaging is not eligible for exchange.
•• Product must be received in the original blister or vial and include the
lens(es).
•• All unopened product being exchanged must be intact and in resalable
condition, free of writing, stickers or markings of any kind.
•• Lenses in packages with the end flaps removed, due to patient rebate

MADE-TO-ORDER LENSES:
CooperVision offers some lenses that are made-to-order and will ship within 10 days
from the time of order. These lenses are Proclear Toric XR, Proclear Multifocal XR,
Proclear Multifocal Toric, Vertex Toric XR, Frequency 55 Toric XR, and Preference,
Preference Toric, and Preference Toric XR. Hydrasoft and Hydrasoft Toric will ship
within 14-21 days from the time of order.
UV NOTICE:
UV-absorbing contact lenses are NOT substitutes for protective UV-absorbing
eyewear, such as UV-absorbing goggles or sunglasses, as they do not completely
cover the eye and surrounding area. Patients should continue to use UV-absorbing
eyewear as directed.
