    Dear Sergej,

    I´m sorry about the late answer but unfortunately your mail was in our spam folder and was overlooked.

    First of all there is usually no battery in the FX1s-series Mitsubhishi PLC´s. Only the display contains a battery.

    If you want us to check the PLC and the Display you should send it to Germany for inspection. We will check the

    PLC and the Display for mal-function and repair it if possible. If you decide to send the display to Germany, please

    fill in a RMA form at first. You will find it at our internet page  with the link 
    RMA form

    Please note that you only can send the parts to Germany if you are a direct customer of RENZ. If not you have to

    send the parts back via official dealer in your country.
