RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS LEASE IS EXECUTED BY AND BETWEEN;

JAMILCRES, INC., a corporation, duly organized by Philippine Laws, with office address at 102-D Tandang Sora, Pasong Tamo, Quezon City,
represented herein by MS. IRENE SIPIN, Customer Service as the LESSOR.

AND

"SEE ABOVE CLIENT DETAILS", herein referred to, as the LESSEE.

LESSEE hereby leases from LESSOR at the rates hereinafter stated, the following personal property together with accessories used in
connection therewith at the agreed valuations and at the rental rates stated on the "DESCRIPTION, QUANTITY, UNIT PRICE, AMOUNT,
TOTAL AMOUNT" list which is attached hereto, and which the parties expressly agree to incorporate herein by the reference.
THE PARTIES AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1.AGREED USE: "SEE SITE, SCOPE OF WORK, EQUIPMENT"

2.TERMS OF PAYMENT

a.)Full payment of minimum contract before mobilization of the equipment.

b.)Advance payment is strictly implemented in case the LESSEE will extend its rental usage.
After the initial minimum contract is completed and consumed, the LESSEE will notify the LESSOR regarding the extension of the contract
rental.
c.)In the event of delay payment, the LESSOR has the right to demand the immediate payment of the overdue accounts receivables from
the LESSEE.

3.FUEL, OPERATORS, RIGGERS AND HELPERS

a.)The LESSOR shall provide the fuel during the whole duration of contract. Including the oils, lubes which the LESSOR is in charge to
provide.
b.)Manpower, such as the Crane Operators, riggers, helpers, mechanics are of the LESSOR’s account including their salaries, wages, and
other employee benefits.
c.)The LESSEE shall provide for the meal allowance, shelter of all the manpower during the whole duration of the contract. (This condition
only applies for the long-term / monthly contracts).

4.OPERATION AND INDEMNIFICATIONS

a.) Used, non-used, consumed or unconsumed, minimum hours per day will be strictly implemented. Excluding hours in the condition of
equipment breakdowns.
b.) The LESSOR has the right to stop the operation in the event of delay or non-payment of the rental contract.
c.)LESSEE shall secure the working area is appropriate and well-compacted that the equipment will be safe in its positions for the entire
work duration.
d.)LESSOR shall provide competent, experienced, reliable personnel to operate and maintain the equipment.
e.)LESSEE shall secure insurance coverage on all equipment/ materials that will be lifted by the LESSOR.
f.)LESSOR shall not be held responsible for any damages to LESSEE’s property, other’s property, death, injuries to any persons, that may
occur during the whole work operation, whether its LESSOR’s operator’s negligence or equipment failure.
g.)LESSOR has no liability for whatsoever loss that may arise due to any breakdown, stoppage, delay, detention or late arrival of the
equipment.
h.)In case of a work stoppage caused by a labor dispute, court judgments, and likes, contract amount will be charged in full to the
LESSEE’s account. Consequently, in the event that situation is yet un-resolve, the LESSEE is obliged to pay in full the daily minimum charge
of the equipment rental until everything is settled or decided by both parties the equipment rental contract proceeds to complete and finish
the scope of work.
i.)In the event of suits and controversy, the courts of Quezon City shall be the proper jurisdiction and venue to the inclusion of all the other.

COPIES. EACH PARTY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY SENDING AN E-MAIL COPY OF THIS TWO PAGES AGREEMENT BEARING ITS
