    CONTRACT AGREEMENT AS ON 23-11-2022

    AEIKABIZ SERVICES SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

    with Sydney PTE Masters kurukshetra
    1. This contract is valid for all sister concern company subsidiary of client.
    2. Client should provide all information related with new positions through official email or
    authorised person whatsapp no.
    3. This services only limited to sourcing of resume or CV
    4. Client has to revert within 7 days after submitting resume, for duplicate with other
    consultant or resume exist in client database. If no communication after 7 days then, CV
    or resume will be considered from consultant side.
    5. All CV or Resume will be valid for next 3 months from date of submission. IF client utilize
    this CV or resume for any other position within three months of submission and
    candidate join the client then consultant will raise the invoice accordingly.
    6. Client has to send official offer letter along with salary detail of candidates to consultant
    if selected.
    7. ONE TIME Recruitment Charges.

    Fresher Placement charges paid by candidate @


    50% of decided total monthly salary
    Experienced candidate as agreed by Placement charges paid by company
    company

     Cost to company includes all fixed and variable amount.


    8. Payment by company need be made after 3 days of joining of candidate.
    9. Consultant will provide free replacement if candidate resign within 90 days of joining, no
    replacement of replacement.
    10. If client terminates the candidate then no replacement will be provided hence will be
    treated as new position.
    11. This contract is valid till any information on termination from either client or consultant.
    12. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws prevailing
    in India and legal proceeding brought by either under this agreement shall be exclusively
    referred to and instituted in the court having jurisdiction the city of kurukshetra
    Haryana in India.
