As part of our academic requirements in Practical Research I at Oriental Mindoro Mindoro National High
School Senior High School Department (OMNHS-SHS), we are currently conducting a survey to gain a
deeper understanding about the English Proficiency and Reading Compression of Grade 12 HUMSS
Students in Oriental Mindoro National High School. We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a
few more minutes to respond to the following questions.

The questionnaire consists of 4 demographic and 10 research questions which will take no longer than
