This is to confirm that Jeffrey Amankwah Kumi is employed with us here at Multikids Inclusive
Academy. Jeffrey works as a full-time special education teacher and a middle leader. His initial
period of employment with us was from October 2, 2017, through September 20, 2021.
Multikids gave him the go-ahead to start working as a teacher and supervisor at Mulan Smart
Activity Center and assist in establishing the school's Special Needs Department. On May 16th,
2022, he was back to work with us.
Jeffrey works as a special needs teacher and a middle leader at Multikids Inclusive Academy. He
currently instructs grade 10 students in practical math, science, and English. He has also taught
grade 11 in the past.
I can state without a doubt that he is an exceptional teacher and fantastic with special kids
because I have served as both his supervisor and team leader for a total of one year. He is good at
using the resources at his disposal to teach students with special educational needs and organizes
and delivers thoughtful lessons. Because he is aware of the needs of each student in his class, he
differentiates his lessons accordingly.
The patience with which Jeffrey treats his students is one admirable quality in his line of work.
He has consistently shown excellent communication skills with senior management, parents, and
even his students over the time I have known and overseen him. He also has an aptitude for
organizing, empathy, and lesson planning.
Everyone who works with Jeffrey appreciates his warm personality and willingness to help
others.
